At SuvasViha, we understand how important it is to know where your order is every step of the way. Once your purchase is confirmed, we work quickly to process and ship your Jeans, Dresses, and T-Shirts. Below is a clear guide to tracking your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Order Processing & Shipping
After you place an order, our team typically processes it within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your items are dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
How to Track Your Order
- Locate Your Tracking Number – Check the shipping confirmation email we sent to your inbox. The tracking number is usually a combination of letters and numbers (e.g., 1Z999AA10123456784).
- Visit a Reliable Tracking Service – We recommend using 17TRACK, a free and trusted platform that supports hundreds of carriers worldwide.
- Enter Your Tracking Number – On the 17TRACK homepage, paste your tracking number into the search bar and click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your shipment.
- Monitor Updates – You will see milestones such as “Picked Up,” “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered.” For real-time notifications, you can enable email or app alerts on 17TRACK.
Alternative Tracking Options
If you prefer another service, AfterShip is also an excellent choice. Simply enter your tracking number on their site, and they will provide detailed tracking information with estimated delivery dates. Both 17TRACK and AfterShip are free to use and do not require account registration for basic tracking.
What to Do If Tracking Shows No Updates
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, especially for international shipments. If your tracking number still shows no results after 48 hours, or if the status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and tracking number, and we will investigate promptly.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors or your local mailroom. If it remains missing, email us at [email protected] with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
